Work consist of modernization and addition to existing fire station, consisting of 3,350 sf of interior remodel and 3,630 sf of addition. The addition includes 4 bunk rooms, a decontamination room, turnout locker and 3 pull-through apparatus bays. Sitework includes demo of existing pavement and concrete, demo sewer line to septic system. New water mains, upsized sewer to septic system, new pad mounted transformer, new back up generator, new paving, landscaping and bio-retention areas.
