This project consists of the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing residential structure into a functional professional office environment, along with the construction of an approx 604 SF building addition. The scope of interior work includes reconfiguration of the existing floor plan to accommodate office use, including private offices, open work areas, support spaces, and code-compliant egress and accessibility improvements. Upgrades to building systems, finishes, and life safety components will be incorporated to meet current codes and operational needs.
