Seeks, through a Request for Proposals (RFP), construction services in connection with rehabilitation, modernization and/or construction activities at Bacon Congregate (BC), a 23-unit residential community, plus a two-bedroom live-in staff apartment which will be bid as an alternate. SOC will select the lowest responsible qualified bidder based on the services and information below in the RFP Packet. An addendum is anticipated by Wednesday Feb. 18, 2026 related to isolated demo and plumbing replacement. Related materials are available by request.
