Add a degree of weatherization to protect equipment. The new boiler skid is intended to fit within the existing equipment footprint and will reuse utility connections.

Project is federally funded with two u. S. Department of transportation (usdot) grants. The project will clear the site and bring the pavement to acceptable cargo load capacity and grading standards, including all access vaults, lift station and utility covers and be permitted by city of seattle prior to start of construction. The area is adjacent to and on an active cargo terminal. Portions of site requires transportation worker identification credential (twic) badge access and the contractor will need to minimize impacts to the tenant operations.
