Project includes the following features: three (3) tennis courts, three (3) combination tennis/pickleball courts, and one (1) single tennis/pickleball court. A restroom building will also be included, with four (4) gender-neutral restrooms and one (1) utility/janitor’s room. Additionally, two (2) storage buildings, named Storage 1 and Storage 2, will be part of the project. There will also be shade structures, consisting of full cantilever hip-joined tension sails with three points. The total area of the shade structures will be 1,400 GSF. The improvements to the site will include driveways, a parking lot, site lighting, landscaping, fencing, accessible paths, bleachers, and gathering areas. The project includes the removal and abatement of existing underground utilities containing hazardous materials.

Track, field, and scoreboard replacement: the project includes the following features: resurfacing the existing track surface-includes surface preparation, patching, and application of new track surfacing and striping for athletic performance. Replacement of synthetic turf field- complete removal and disposal of the existing turf system, subgrade preparation, and installation of new synthetic turf with infill. Removal of existing scoreboard assembly: disconnection and removal of the current scoreboard and associated components. Installation of new digital display system includes furnishing and installing a new id panel, video display, scoreboard, and clock box on the exterior of the existing parking structure "c", with all necessary electrical and data connections.
