This Infrastructure & Operations Optimization Plan by the County of San Luis Obispo Department of Airports is a roadmap to establish actionable goals and strategies for optimizing airport infrastructure and operations. Key strategic initiatives include gate electrification, alternative fuel adoption, utilization of solar power, ground source heat pumps, battery storage, and broader sustainability programs. Implementation involves integrating these initiatives into the Department's Strategic Plan through a matrix that prioritizes actions, evaluates costs, and projects returns on investment, with continuous tracking and periodic plan updates.

The plan also refers to additional details for the Oceano Village area in Figure 3.
