Work consists of approved elements ada upgrades. This includes installation of actuator paddles and door actuators at a lobby door. To accommodate the door actuators, there will be hardware modifications to the handles and locks on these doors. Two existing single user bathrooms just inside the lobby will be renovated to create one ada compliant single user restroom, including minor rework of associated mechanical and plumbing lines, and new plumbing fixtures. There will be demolition and reconstruction of adjacent walls, and relocation of a small set of casework and sink. New finishes and ceilings in select locations associated with this bathroom remodel. The awarded contractor will work with the school district to schedule construction to occur either over spring break or summer vacation
