The Commission met to address the process for negotiating the executive director's salary following her evaluation. After seeking legal counsel, it was determined that the negotiations must be conducted in a manner compliant with public meeting laws. The Commission formally appointed a commissioner to negotiate and execute the contract with the executive director on their behalf.
