The proposed project encompasses removal and replacement of the current duel fuel boiler, associated mechanical and plumbing equipment and downstream heater units and associated plumbing equipment. Outlined below is additional detail of the work to be accomplished: Removal of the existing duel fuel boiler and associated branch piping and ductwork as shown in Plan Set. Remove Level 1 and Lower Level piping as shown in the Demolition Plans. Identify and repair observed damaged insolation. Remove existing Level 1 and Lower Level floor and wall mounted heaters and associated branch piping, tees and valves as shown in the Demolition Plan. Prepare heaters that will be retained for new control valves.
