The project consists of the removal and salvage of existing roadway surfacing on White Hawk Drive and White Hawk Circle; replacement of driveways and driveway approaches and replacement of crushed base and asphalt on White Hawk Drive; reconstruction and realignment of the street and cul-de-sac for White Hawk Circle including replacement of curb, gutter, and sidewalk, base and asphalt, and driveways. The project also includes minor repairs to a small section of sanitary sewer and repairs on two leaking meter pits.

The project includes the following work: Installing of approx. 4,500 LF of sewer pipe. Surfacing approx. 4,500 SY of asphalt. Demolition of existing pump station. Clean up, site restoration and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contracts. 1 LS utilities mobilization; 1 LS surfacing mobilization; 1 LS utilities contract bonds; 1 LS surfacing contract bonds; 1 LS construction stormwater control; 1 LS utilities construction signing, barriers, and traffic control; 1 LS surfacing construction signing, barriers, and traffic control; 1 LS temporary bypass pumping; 1 LS utilities independent construction materials testing; 1 ls surfacing independent construction materials testing. The project consists of the following construction items: Removal and replacement or repair of approx. 37 fire hydrants including new tees, gate valves, and leads in and around the community.
