The State of New Hampshire is seeking suppliers to provide anti-ram barriers (8 units), including 2 vehicle gates, a trailer to transport/store the barriers, a tool set, and MUTCD-compliant signage. Barriers must meet ASTM, IWA-14, PAS 68, SAFETY Act standards and be MASH TL-3 rated, be portable and reusable after impact, and delivery is required within 30 days of the Purchase Order to NH Homeland Security in Concord, NH. Bidders must be registered vendors authorized to do business in New Hampshire and have a Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property.
