This document details a First Amendment to an existing contract between the State of New Hampshire's Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and Infor (US), LLC for Software as a Service (SaaS) for the Infor Cloudsuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The amendment, dated July 28, 2025, increases the contract's price limitation by $792,720.00, from $31,662,920.92 to $32,455,640.92, to cover additional process configuration hours ($106,170) and Workforce Management (WFM) integration and configuration ($686,550). The original contract, approved May 17, 2023, covers ERP implementation and maintenance through June 30, 2032. The amendment adds scope to support the continued development of NH FIRST for a 2026 go-live in the cloud, including integrating timekeeping systems into Cloudsuite and developing WFM functionality.
This contract is a sole source agreement between the State of New Hampshire, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), and Axsium Group Ltd. It covers two main workstreams: independent verification and validation (IV&V) oversight for the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) platform migration to Infor CloudSuite for the Department of Safety (DOS) and Department of Corrections (DOC), and WFM implementation services for standardizing time and attendance and scheduling across 53 other state agencies. The contract is for an amount not to exceed $2,998,099.73, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through January 31, 2025.
