The expansion involves modifying six(6) existing mini lodges - Antelope, Bald Eagle, Bison, Coyote, Mink, and Osprey. We will be adding two (2) bedroom areas, each with associated bathroom and vanity spaces. The project will include, but is not limited to: Project execution, including framing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, fixture installation, and finishes, in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Coordination of contractor, electrician, and plumber tasks to ensure a cohesive build.
