Industrial Drive Improvements" and includes the construction of a new 302' x 50' pre-engineered metal building (canopy) and all associated concrete foundations, slabs and utility services. Associated work includes site demolition (paving, storm drainage, misc. features); new full-depth pavement; pavement milling & overlay; drainage & grading; maintenance of traffic; bollards, fencing and lighting; and other miscellaneous appurtenances. The Additive Alternate 1 scope of work for this project will be referred to as “Canopy Roof Drainage System” and includes approx. 750 LF of new underground storm drainage piping to convey rooftop drainage below grade.
