The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued this Sources Sought/Request for Information to identify qualified small businesses to provide vehicle purchasing, leasing, delivery/transfer, storage, disposition, parts procurement, inspection/repair/refurbishment, and test coordination services in support of NHTSA crash and vehicle-safety testing. The notice indicates the agency may pursue an IDIQ contract with a base period and four option periods and estimates total program value in the $10M–$50M range over ~5 years. Respondents should submit a corporate capability statement (no more than 10 pages) per instructions; NHTSA will not award a contract from this notice but may later issue an RFP.
