The 2024-2029 Educational Master Plan for Napa Valley College focuses on five key goals: Enrollment Stabilization, Equitable Student Outcomes, Program Alignment with Regional Labor Market Needs, Infrastructure Improvements and Fiscal Sustainability, and Culture and Climate. This plan serves as a roadmap, developed through extensive input and data analysis, to guide the institution's long-term direction and foster a supportive environment for its community.
