Resurfacing and conversion of two existing tennis courts into four pickleball courts. Existing court one is approx. 58' x 120' , court two is approx. 60' x120'. Remove the fence and posts from around court one completely and court two remove the fence from the ends. Leave undisturbed the fence joining maintenance yard. Remove court surfaces on both courts to the subbase level, including existing nets and anchor posts. Inspect subbase material for suitability, subbase should be 6" compacted gravel. If subbase is not acceptable, the subbase area shall be excavated to the depth of 6" and new abc subbase shall be installed and compacted. After subbase is determined to be suitable and graded, compacted a 3" layer of hot applied type 9.5 b asphalt will be applied. See attached file.

Construct a 30 by 52 foot split-faced concrete block facility per specifications. The building will be utilized by participants and spectators who attend baseball, softball and other events held at Park. The existing building will require demolition and removal priorbeginning construction of new building. Work includes: 1. Contractor to apply termite treatment prior to pouring concrete. 2. Contractor to install (pour & finish) 4" reinforced concrete slab foundation per specifications in contract drawings. 3. Contractor to apply ten (10) Mil vapor barrier on compacted subgrade. 4. Contractor to install electrical wiring, switches, and outlets per contract drawings. 5. Concrete floor in open shelter area shall serve as finished floor. Kitchen and two restroom floors shall be 12’ by 12” ceramic tile. 6. Where applicable, contractor to install all drywall and perform finish work which consist of two coats of interior paint on drywall, concrete block and painted semi-gloss base board and casings. 7. Contractor to perform all plumbing, electrical, HVAC per specifications identified in contract drawings. 8. Contractor to install one fire extinguisher cabinet in the kitchen area and one fire extinguisher cabinet in the open shelter area. 9. Contractor to install intake vents and exhaust fans. 10. Contractor to install water heater. 11. Contractor to install storage/utility unit (with metal solid-core door and hardware). 12. Contractor to install “Hardee Plank” siding for gable ends. 13. Contractor to demolish existing structure, haul off debris and supply dumpsters for new construction project.
