The base bid project will include the replacement of the east marsh structure: removal of existing culvert and structure, removal of existing steel pipe and flap valve located near the east marsh boat dock, installation of a concrete 6-foot x 6-foot box riser, installation of associated appurtenances (stoplogs, fish gate, grating, jib crane, etc.), installation of ADS dual wall corrugated pipe/ culverts, site cleanup, road grading/ repairs and, seeding. Bid Alternative (1) One will include the replacement of the Turtle Creek Bay Structure. Bid Alternative (2) Two will include the replacement of the Franklin Unit & Perry Unit Structures.
