A.Work of this Contract comprises of demolition and general construction as required for the scope of work identified as Building “P” – Renovations at Lincoln Manor. The scope of work in general is (but not limited to) the removal of wood studs, concrete slab, existing plumbing piping and other miscellaneous items. The renovation shall encompass new fire rated and non-rated wall assemblies and doors, re-installation of existing salvaged millwork, new millwork, concrete slab repair work, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes. New structural framing members, new asphalt shingle roof system, new plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm equipment. The general scope of work shall include (but is not limited to) the removal, preparation and installation of all items and associated work as shown on drawings and specified. B.The contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction for the Owner, including all incidental work as required or described in the contract documents. C.Type of Contract: 1.Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
