Scope of work for an approx. 12.5 acre site for a mixed housing development. The project includes, but is not limited to site clearing and grubbing; demolition of existing site improvements; erosion and sediment control; mass grading and fine grading; parking lot pavement and pavement striping; maintenance of traffic; public roadway construction, including roadbed grading, sub grade compaction, aggregate base, pavement base, pavement surface, pavement striping, crosswalk striping, exterior signs such as ADA and stop signs, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk; street lighting; landscaping; and utility construction and installation for both public and private improvements. Utility work includes, but is not limited to, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, underground detention, water lines, including potable water and fire protection lines, fire hydrants, conduit and pull- string installation, and coordination for fiber, communications, cable, and electrical services. The work also includes site lighting and related appurtenances necessary for a complete project.
