This IFB, issued by Lehigh County Authority, seeks electrical equipment for the Kline's Island WWTP wet weather upgrades. The scope includes providing shop drawings, O&M manuals, furnishing and delivering electrical equipment to the plant site. Additionally, the selected vendor will provide support services such as installation supervision, testing, and training as specified in the contract documents.

Fluoride Facilities Upgrades and will consist of three contracts: General Construction, Electrical Construction, HVAC Construction. The Project generally consists of: 1. Replacement of four (4) fluoride feed pumps, controls, and associated piping, valves and appurtenances. 2. Replacement of fluoride transfer pump and starter panel. 3. Installation of an electric actuated valve between bulk fluoride tank and fluoride transfer pump. 4. Replacement of bulk and day fluoride storage tanks and vents. 5. Installation of a roof hatch for removal and installation of the fluoride bulk tank. 6. Structural modifications to accommodate roof hatch 7. Replacement of HVAC equipment to accommodate roof hatch. 8. Relocation of sprinkler system to accommodate roof hatch. 9. Replacement of emergency eye wash/shower. 10. Installation of safety railing around the roof.

Key services include, but are not limited to: Grass Management: Scheduled grass cutting, edging, fertilization, and weed control for all lawn areas. Landscaping Services: Maintenance of flower beds, shrubs, and trees, including pruning, mulching, and seasonal planting. Snow & Ice Removal: Proactive and timely plowing, salting, and de-icing of all parking lots, roadways, and walkways to ensure safe access. Seasonal Clean-Up: Comprehensive spring and fall clean-up, including leaf removal and debris disposal.
