A. PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The New Mexico House of Representatives /New Mexico Senate is seeking proposals from photographers to take photos of elected officials, complete a composite and provide electronic version of all individuals for legislative use. B. REQUIREMENTS OF REQUEST The following is the criteria to complete the project: 1. All photographs (approximately 75 individuals for House/approximately 47 individuals for Senate) will be taken at the State Capitol where a location will be provided that will be convenient to the photographer and the elected officials. 2. The necessary number of days to complete the photography. 3. Agree to deliver to the New Mexico House of Representatives an electronic version of all photographs of the House members and officers for use on the legislative website and House/Senate directory NO later than one week after photography. 4. Agree to deliver one 16x20 quality House/Senate composite for display in the House/Senate gallery delivery date of 2 weeks after final selection 5. Framed (Black Wooden) or Unframed Senate composite and prints ordered by individual members and officers of the Senate/ House. (samples attached). 6. Agree to invoice the New Mexico House of Representatives/New Mexico Senate for one composite and electronic files of selected pictures. 7. Agree to fulfill individual requests for prints, framed or unframed composites, electronic photographs, or any combination of these items by the week of March 12, 2027. 8. Agree to invoice the individual members and officers for personal orders. 9. Agree to provide a list of proposed fees. No sitting fee or other charges not specified above shall apply. 10.The photographs selected for the House/Senate directory and the legislative website will become the property of the State, and therefore, agrees that the copyright of the selected pictures is transferred to the State of New Mexico. C. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL Any who wish to be considered for the photographic work of the New Mexico House of Representatives/New Mexico Senate agree to the terms of this RFI, please submit Proposals as separate proposals for the House of Representatives and New Mexico Senate no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 10, 2026, to: Office of the Senate and House Chief Clerks Cheri.lujan@nmlegis.gov (New Mexico Senate) Lisa.Ortiz@nmlegis.gov (New Mexico House of Representatives)
