Construction of a synthetic turf baseball and softball fields with athletic lighting, perimeter fencing, backstop netting, bullpens, scoreboards, press box and spectator seating for each field. The site will also include batting cages and a restrooms/concessions building.

Provide roofing improvements includes install retrofit metal framing system over the existing metal roof; install required perimeter wood blocking as needed; install new 2" of polyisocyanurate insulation or an equivalent r-value of batt insulation. Fastening pattern shall be sufficient to secure insulation during construction; install 16 ga. Concealed one-piece clips in strict accordance with wind-uplift engineering guidelines; install new 16" 22 ga. Pre-finished galvanized panels; replace all associated sheet metal, flashings, trim, coping, etc. With prefinished metal. Gutters and downspouts to be pre-finished galvanized; new eave, rake, and hip flashings will be installed to provide a complete watertight roof assembly; all plumbing stacks will be raised as needed to provide a 12" flashing height.
