AvailableIowa Finance Authority seeks a vendor to design, implement and operate a centralized digital homebuyer lead platform and marketing automation system: paid digital campaign execution, lead referral automation, end-to-end lead tracking through loan closing, real-time dashboards and ROI analytics, homebuyer eligibility quick check, lender/Realtor profiles, long-term lead nurturing and audience segmentation, and an AI-powered homebuyer chatbot integrated into the lead funnel. Contract: initial 16-month term with up to two one-year extensions (total up to 3 years, 4 months). Cost constraint: implementation and FY2027 costs should not exceed $100,000. Proposals submitted electronically via IMPACS; Authority may award multiple contracts and vendors may submit separately or in partnership and may also respond to a complementary Strategic Marketing Services RFP.
