The General Services Administration (Public Buildings Service, Office of Leasing) is soliciting offers to lease 1,000 to 1,700 square feet of fully finished, as-is office space within a defined geographic area covering portions of Danville and Martinsville, Virginia. The government requires fully serviced space (no government-funded tenant improvements), compliance with fire, accessibility, seismic, and Section 889 telecommunications prohibitions, and location outside the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain; the lease term is 10 years with a 3-year firm term. Expressions of Interest are due January 28, 2026, with an estimated market survey in February 2026 and estimated occupancy targeted for March 30, 2026.

The Contractor(s) must provide all labor, resources, management, and oversight to accomplish the following: Provide vehicle attribute data for at least 525,000 Government-owned vehicles. Provide the minimum required data elements (Appendix B) for each Government provided Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The Government may expand upon these minimum data requirements to include additional data elements that could be provided by the Contractors. Support the secure exchange of required vehicle data using the GSA Affiliated Customer Accounts (GACA) process. GACA accounts allow GSA employees to share information on Google Drive or Google Sites with GSA external business partners who do not have a gsa.gov email address. See attached file.
