Project is an addition to the practice ice rink facility of the Town Toyota Center. The addition will be located on the east side of the existing pre-engineered metal building and will be comprised of two stories. The first story will contain locker rooms and a storage room, and the second story will house one continuous, enclosed storage space along with utilities equipment. The structural materials are a slab-on-grade, CMU walls, metal studs, and metal rafters. The exterior of the addition will closely match the exterior of the existing pre-engineered metal building. Substantial completion must occur before the start of the hockey season.
