Work consist of demolition of existing concrete slab and bussed weatherhead; construction of a minimum 750kw diesel engine generator with a sound-attenuated enclosure and subbase 48-hour (minimum) fuel tank, generator concrete foundation, steel access platform, a main breaker and automatic transfer switch installed inside the existing control building, grounding system, duct bank, conduit and wire; site restoration including seeding and replacement of all damaged paving stormwater pollution prevention plan.
