The scope of work will include: Wet well concrete mortar repairs and new protective coatings Recoating the riser piping, valves, fittings, and supports inside the wet well and valve vault. Replacement of the wet well vent. Installation of new rigid fall protection equipment on the inside of the existing wet well access hatches. Installation of a new 125 kW natural gas generator with sound attenuated enclosure, including new automatic transfer switch (ATS), concrete foundation, and all associated conduit and wire. The existing manual transfer switch and quick connect receptacle will be removed as a part of this project. New concrete access driveway and curb cut. Grading and compaction of the site to accommodate the new access driveway. New concrete fence around the perimeter of the proposed lift station equipment and generator as needed to house all equipment. Bypass pumping during the entire duration of the work.
