Dreher Township

The meeting agenda included the Reorganization for the 2026 term, covering motions to appoint the chairman, vice chairman, and secretary. New Business consisted of discussions regarding two proposed developments: one concerning Air B&B operations involving Bue-Morris Associates for 158 Crestmont Dr (3 duplex buildings), and another concerning Stone Manor at Running Lane, which involves 19 single-bed cabins and a large venue building.

The meeting included a review of comments from Wayne County Planning and Kiley Associates regarding the 164 E Sterling Rd Solar project by La Bella Associates, along with updated maps from La Bella Associates.

New business consisted of reviewing Wayne County comments on a property line adjustment at Park Road and 998, 990 Main Street, Newfoundland, by Hennings Land Surveying. The next meeting is scheduled for January 21, 2025.
