Full site mass grading, which includes excavating, hauling, and placing embankment materials sourced from within the work area to cut down and fill in other areas to level this site. This work will also include the sub-grade preparation and compaction for aggregate subgrade improvement to be placed to create a stable level area for internal access roads, future buildings and training centers to be utilized and developed. Grading, furnishing and installation of storm sewer, and storm sewer structures, erosion control measures including riprap and stabilization seeding, final seeding and other erosion control measures are included in this project.
