Dighton Housing Authority

The Board reviewed and discussed the Executive Director's Report and the Resident Services Report, both of which were subsequently approved. The Board also reviewed the Language Access Plan and voted to adopt it. The Commissioners were provided with the 2026 Executive Director Performance Evaluation forms to complete. Furthermore, the Treasurer's Reports for December 2025 and January 2026 were reviewed and approved.

The Dighton Housing Authority's Board of Commissioners convened to discuss several key items, including the FY 2026 Annual Plan and Capital Needs Assessment, and a 3-Year Management Agreement with the Dartmouth Housing Authority. The board also addressed and approved Amendment #3 to CFA 5010, along with Certificates of Substantial and Final Completion for Project 076049 ASHP Installation and Project 076046 Fire Alarm Replacement. Additionally, the appointment of a DHA Board Member to the Town of Dighton CPC Committee was reviewed, and the Executive Director's and Resident Services reports were discussed.

The meeting included discussions and reviews of several key items: FEMA Project#149317 concerning COVID-19 expenses reimbursement, the Electrical Main Panel Replacement Project# 076039 involving approval of the Designer Fee, and a change order for the Red Door Project #076038 to include the Community Building Alternate #1. Additionally, the Resident Services Report, the Executive Director's Report, upcoming Dighton Food Bank dates, and the Treasurer's Report for September 2020 were reviewed. The Executive Director's time sheet for September 2020 was also discussed and approved.

The Board reviewed and discussed the FY25 CIP and Annual Plan, and approved them as submitted. A motion was passed to request a Tenant Board Member waiver from EOHLC. The Board reviewed bids for the Fire Alarm Project and approved hiring Brite-Lite Electrical Co, Inc. Change Order #4 for the Electrical Project was reviewed and approved. The board reviewed and approved change orders for the 689 Bathroom Project for additional tile work and to repair the window sash. The Board reviewed and discussed the required EOHLC Board Training. The Resident Services Report and the Executive Director's Report were reviewed and accepted. The Treasurer's Reports for January 2024 were reviewed and approved.

The Dighton Housing Authority's Board of Commissioners convened to discuss and act on several key items. The Fair Housing Marketing Plan was reviewed and adopted. The board discussed and approved spending ARPA funding towards replacing the Fire Alarm System. They adopted the Credit Card and Debit Card Policy and decided to obtain a Debit Card for the DHA. The board also reviewed and approved increasing the rent. The 667 and 689 Quarterly Operating Statement for March 31, 2022, was reviewed and approved. The board approved a motion regarding Robbie A. DeSouza's sick leave balance. Changes to the Limited English Proficiency Policy were reviewed, discussed, and adopted. The Management Plan between the Dartmouth Housing Authority and the Dighton Housing Authority was reviewed and accepted. The Resident Services Report and the Executive Director's Report were also reviewed and accepted. Other discussion items included cell phone usage, Treasurer's Reports for April and May 2022, and the Executive Director's timesheets for April and May 2022. The board decided to not have a meeting in July 2022 and scheduled the next meeting for August 23, 2022.
