The Department of Human Services is seeking to procure services to install anti-slip pads on the walkway of all rooftops located at 17019 County Farm Road, Rushville, IL 62681. Term: Date of execution through June 30, 2027. SEE THE SCOPE OF SERVICES DOCUMENT IN THE ATTACHMENTS Must be Firestone brand specific for Gamma housing unit roof only and Versico brand specific for all other facility roofs, no substitutions. Vendor and/or subcontractor must be an approved Versico and/or Firestone installer. Project must be complete by June 30, 2027. FY27 (date of execution - 6/30/27) Installation of anti-slip pad on rooftop walkway paths. Walking pad material must be Firestone brand specific for Gamma housing unit roof only and Versico brand specific for all other facility roofs. Approximate install coverage area 2000 ft. Approximately 1600 ft to be installed on existing tan TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing. Approximately 400 ft to be installed on existing white EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roofing. Must be 34 inches wide. Minimum 150 mil thickness. Must have safety yellow edges, if option is available from Versico and Firestone. Must have a raised diamond plate tread pattern. Must meet all applicable ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards. Preparation and installation must be according to the manufacturer's specifications. Vendor and/or subcontractor must be an approved Versico and/or Firestone installer. Project must be complete by June 30, 2027.
