AvailableThe Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) published a Special Notice (redacted J&A) seeking Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control (ERM/IC) support services and intends to execute a four-month extension modification to an existing contract with the incumbent (GenTech Associates, Contract H98210-23-C-0003). This action is a Competitive 8(a) set-aside and is being pursued under FAR authorities 6.302-1 and 6.302-5 to ensure continuity of risk management and compliance support services. Interested 8(a) firms may submit proposals by the January 5, 2026 deadline to be considered for the modification; DHRA is simultaneously conducting market research for a follow-on acquisition.
