Work shall include all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete this turnkey project, which includes: \r •Demolition of:\r oAn existing brick and mortar, backed by a concrete stem wall, retaining wall. The wall is to be cut horizontally, leaving roughly the bottom half in place.\r oAn existing storm drainage system, consisting of PVC pipe and concrete catch basins.\r oConcrete gutters, sidewalks, and door landing.\r oTrees (4).\r •Installation of:\r oRock boulder retaining wall, including excavation, grading, backfilling with native soil and gravels, geotextile fabrics, drainage piping, and xeriscape. The construction of the wall is specific to competent/durable boulders as called out in the design package.\r oSite Slope Repairs, including excavation, grading, backfilling with native and imported materials, turf reinforcement mats, geosynthetics, anchorage, and rock boulder-lined drainage swales.\r oSite drainage improvements along the north and east sides of the structure that include excavation, grading, new PVC catch basins, 8-inch diameter ADS, and 6-inch PVC pipe, replacement of concrete gutters, sidewalks, and door landing.
