Additionally, the committee discussed the return-to-source funding associated with SB63 and was informed of the upcoming resignation of the Committee Chair and the need for a future election.

The Board meeting included the presentation of certificates of appreciation for service, and a presentation on the Connect Bay Area Local Investment Plan. The board reviewed and approved resolutions regarding amendments to the Oyster Point Specific Plan and Belmont's Zoning Ordinance for Airport Land Use Plan consistency. Actions were taken to authorize contract amendments for Smart Corridor and multimodal corridor projects, support grant applications for safety projects, and approve agreements for agency-wide studies and consultant services. Additionally, the Board appointed members to the Congestion Management & Environmental Quality Committee and the Legislative Committee, and discussed the creation of an Ad-Hoc Committee for executive recruitment and the appointment of an Acting Executive Director.
