The meeting included a public hearing for the HCVP Updated Admin Plan, and resolutions to approve the updated HCVP Administrative Plan and the Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) certification for FYE25. The board also addressed certifying compliance with state requirements for the Wage Match Income Verification system, awarding a contract for cleaning services at 165 Liberty Street, and approving the public solicitation of a proprietary specification for the ARPA targeted Fire Alarm Installation project. Further resolutions were adopted to approve the FYE2026 Revised EOHLC Budget for State Programs and FYE2025 Public Housing and State Tenant Accounts Receivable Write Off, along with FYE2025 EOHLC Year End Certifications. Lastly, a contract was awarded for the purchase of a 2025 Transit 250 Van, and reports were presented, including occupancy, waitlist, work order, rent collection, and AP reports.

The meeting included discussions and resolutions regarding a staffing agreement with the Hampden County Sheriff's Department Workforce Initiative, an amendment to the HCVP Administrative Plan concerning the Federal Chronically Homeless Program, and the submission of the state budget certification for various state programs. Further amendments were considered for the HCVP Administrative Plan and SHA Public Housing ACOP on Earned Income Disallowance and Consent to the Release of Information Form HUD-9886-A. The board also accepted a Certificate of Final Completion for window replacement projects and awarded the Legal Services Contract to Lyon & Fitzpatrick, LLC. The agenda also included the Executive Director's report, correspondence/communications, and the AP Report for December 2024. An executive session was expected to discuss strategy in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel.
