Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
The Board of Directors met to discuss several key items, including the presentation of Inspire Awards for exceptional project teamwork. The Executive Director provided a report on agency engagements and long-term projects. A presentation was delivered regarding the kickoff of a required Board of Directors Assessment. The Board approved various procurement items, including landfill gas extraction services, stormwater maintenance, heavy machinery acquisition, landscaping services, waste characterization studies, steam turbine overhauls, and urban tree planting services. A closed session was held to discuss real property acquisition and pending litigation.
