The Bingham County Commissioners convened to address a variety of issues, including discussions on cleanup projects with Just Serve Blackfoot, tax exemption applications for various organizations, and a prior approval for a major purchase of a solid waste truck. They also discussed a donation to the South Bingham Soil Conservation District, setting reimbursement rates for tow companies, and updates from the Public Works Department, including weed control and solid waste hauling contracts. Additionally, the board reviewed a motion for reconsideration regarding a zoning designation change, discussed the Atomic City Water Facilities Plan Study, and addressed indigent matters. The board also approved ballot numbers and polling locations for the primary election, discussed a mutual aid agreement with the Henry's Creek Rangeland Fire Protection Association, and approved personnel action forms.
