Board Of Commissioners Of Rhode Island Housing And Mortgage Finance Corporation Annual Meeting
The Board of Commissioners conducted its annual meeting, during which several key actions were taken. These included the election of a new Vice-Chair, the approval of the Delegation of Corporate Authority, the appointment of MERS Corporate Signing Officers, and the adoption of revisions to the Employee Handbook. Additionally, the Board granted firm approval for financing regarding the Newport Heights Phase I development and adopted the Executive Director's performance goals for the upcoming fiscal year. A closed session was held to discuss and approve merit-based compensation for the Executive Director.
