This document outlines GMC's comprehensive methodology for evaluating student achievement, focusing on four key metrics: IPEDS 150% Graduation Rate, 150% Transfer-Out Rate, Annual Number of Graduates, and Fall-to-Fall Retention Rate. It details the process for establishing dynamic minimum thresholds and aspirational goals using three-year rolling averages, and includes benchmarking against peer institutions and the Technical College System of Georgia. Furthermore, it specifies disaggregation of graduation rates by student modality, Pell Grant status, and gender to monitor the success of diverse student populations.
