Lcad Community Town Hall Meeting
The college leadership held a virtual town hall meeting to announce that classes for the upcoming semester will be delivered via an online modality to prioritize the health and safety of the community. The panel discussed the continued use of platforms like Zoom, Moodle, and Google Drive, the purchase of Adobe Creative Cloud for students, and the establishment of a virtual PC lab. Additionally, the administration addressed concerns regarding the maintenance of tuition rates, the potential for future limited access to specialized studio and lab facilities through a reservation system once health guidelines permit, and the availability of student support services such as counseling and career resources.
