Planning Commission Meeting
The Commission addressed several development applications. A request for adjournment was received regarding a proposed 8-story mixed-use building at 128-156 North Main Street. A public hearing was opened and subsequently adjourned for a mixed-use development at 181 Westchester Avenue. Regarding an application for a self-storage annex at 123 Oak Street, the Commission elected to be the Lead Agency for SEQRA and referred the matter to the Zoning Board of Appeals. Additionally, the Commission discussed a Local Law amending the zoning code regarding Accessory Dwelling Units and voted to provide a positive recommendation to the Board of Trustees with specific conditions, including special exception use permit processes and inspection requirements.
