The State of Hawai'i's IT Strategic Plan aims to advance secure, modern, resilient, and data-driven government services. This IT Consolidation Plan and Progress Report for the State of Hawaiʻi outlines a five-year roadmap (FY2026-2030) to establish a unified technology foundation for the Executive Branch. It details a phased approach to consolidate 15 shared IT services across infrastructure, solutions and platforms, professional services, and end-user services through a federated model. The plan also addresses attracting and retaining high-quality IT professionals. The objective is to improve efficiency, security, and effectiveness of state operations, enhance services, and foster better collaboration among departments.

The meeting included legislative updates on bills affecting the Office of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), such as S.B. 742 relating to data sharing and H.B. 934 relating to the Hawaii Broadband and Digital Equity Office.
