This strategic plan outlines the mission to educate and empower lifelong learners, preparing all students for successful and productive lives. It focuses on four key strategic goal areas: Student Success, Parent & Community Engagement, Professional Excellence, and Operational & Organizational Excellence. Objectives include fostering high expectations, mastering curriculum, improving literacy and math, advancing STEAM, enhancing parent and community partnerships, hiring and retaining outstanding professionals, building staff capacity, and ensuring effective operations in safety, school nutrition, and finance.
