The plan uses FY20 as a baseline to measure progress in enrollment, retention, and graduation rates, aiming to return to or exceed those numbers.

The meeting included an introduction of a new board prospect, a review of the finance and investment reports, updates from the president on enrollment, student services, and campus renovations, an academic affairs update focusing on student services, the teaching and learning center, and workforce programs, and a director's report outlining the foundation's case for support and goals for increasing giving. A new board member was appointed, and the President's Luncheon was rescheduled.
