The Port Commission received departmental reports from the Executive Director/CEO, Director of Engineering, Director of Operations, and Director of Business & Economic Development regarding ongoing projects, financial results, infrastructure updates, and upcoming events. The Commission approved the proposal for the Port Alert and Warning System, authorized a purchase order for asphalt repairs at the Dole Yard, and approved the transfer of operating funds to the G.O. Bonds Debt Service Payment account. Additionally, the Commission held an executive session to consult with counsel on legal and security matters, and discussed economic development and real property.
