Strategic Planning Process
This document outlines a multi-phase strategic planning process designed to develop an organizational strategic plan. The process includes three main phases: gathering and analyzing various data points (academic, employee, surveys, focus groups), aiming forward by defining vision, mission, core values, strategic pillars, goals, and organization-wide strategies, and finalizing the plan through feedback, revision, and approval. Key activities involve establishing an internal steering committee, engaging community partners, and conducting extensive feedback sessions to guide plan execution.
