The committee addressed several resolutions, including a budget modification for the Emergency Management Office to fund training instructors and a budgetary transfer for the Sheriff's Office. Additionally, the committee reviewed and approved an update to the policy for Radiological Emergency Response Planning. Departmental updates were provided regarding EMS, EMO, the District Attorney, Sheriff's office, Probation, and Search and Rescue.

The committee recognized an employee for ten years of service. Resolutions were passed to accept grant funds for the Oswego Build Pathways to Apprenticeship program and to authorize funding for the 2026 Summer Youth Employment Program. Additionally, the committee approved an update to the Public Information and Publications policy and received operational updates from the departments of Planning and Community Development, Promotion and Tourism, Mobility Management, and Wastewater Infrastructure, as well as Operation Oswego County.

The committee convened to conduct a roll call and subsequently entered an executive session to discuss specific Workers' Compensation claims.

The committee authorized a budget modification for Early Intervention Transportation. The meeting also included a Director's Report, a presentation on Early Intervention Services, a review of health department financial reports, and a discussion regarding a bid for a new single wide trailer at Slade Field Station.

The committee discussed several key items, including resolutions regarding the sale and transfer of foreclosed tax property and the adoption of a local law providing a partial tax exemption for real property owned by persons 65 years of age or older. Procurement bids for core network electronics and central office batteries were reviewed, with recommendations for contract awards provided for both. Additionally, the committee considered updates to internal policies concerning public information, publications, and radiological emergency response planning.
