Key discussions included public concerns over the social and infrastructural impacts of increasing residential density, specifically regarding traffic congestion at a local intersection near a high school, watershed management, and the need for geological studies. The commission and staff also addressed inquiries about the development approval process, fire department safety requirements for access points, and the compatibility of the proposed zoning change with existing surrounding land use.
