This document, an ordinance by the City Council of Atlanta, formally adopts the Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan for Edgewood. Developed collaboratively by Edgewood residents, property owners, stakeholders, and City of Atlanta departments, in conjunction with Organized Neighbors of Edgewood (ONE), the plan provides a non-binding guide for the future growth and development of the Edgewood neighborhood. It includes recommendations across key areas such as land use, parks and open space, infrastructure and facilities, urban design, and historic preservation, with the aim of fostering a vibrant, safe, and engaged community while honoring its rich history.

The City Council reviewed and formally adversed a claim for bodily injury regarding a slip and fall incident. The resolution followed actions taken by the Public Safety and Legal Administration Committee and concluded with a unanimous consent vote by the council members.

The City Council and the City Utilities Committee reviewed a performance audit regarding drinking water and sewer capacity planning. The audit was submitted by the Chair of the Audit Committee for consideration, leading to the filing of the communication by the City Utilities Committee.

The City Council reviewed a claim filed by Aishah Yamini and her legal counsel regarding bodily injury sustained due to an open manhole at Harbin Road and Landrum Drive. The council deliberated on the claim and reached a unanimous decision to adopt an adverse report regarding the matter.

The council considered and officially adversed a legal claim filed by Dionne Orr regarding damages sustained from a vehicular accident. The resolution, which had been previously reviewed by the Public Safety and Legal Administration Committee, was formally certified following a unanimous consent vote by the council.
